There was hair on the sheets, which was quite off-putting and indicated a lack of thorough cleaning.

The room was dirty, with hair on the sheets and scum in the bathtub. Check-in took an absurd half hour at 2 AM due to lost reservations. No continental breakfast as advertised, and a bathtub without a drain plug made it useless. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with sticky spots and dead bugs in the bathroom, which didn't create a pleasant atmosphere.

Convenient location with room for improvement
The location is great, close to several attractions. I loved the hot water and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were some unsettling signs of neglect, like the bathtub not being properly cleaned.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to several casinos and we enjoyed visiting them. Rooms were perfect for our group, and the location made exploring easy. The staff was super friendly, making our stay even better. Definitely recommend staying here for group getaways or just fun.

A Disappointing Experience, Look Elsewhere!
My stay was disappointing. The room had stains everywhere, and the A/C unit didn’t work, ruining our comfort. The bathroom was dirty with mold, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful when I faced travel delays due to an accident. Look for other options!
